We provide a cloud web based emergency platform that integrates a range of panic buttons. Our platform is available to end consumers as well as security providers, emergency services, courier companies, fleet management and security estates.

TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION

Our range of panic buttons works like to a cellular phone and enables your customer to communicate with the control room operator from the panic button device.

WHAT WE OFFER

1. Wearable device

We provide you with one of our integrated Panic Buttons that works anywhere a cellular connection is available.

2. Panic

In the event of a sudden emergency, a distress signal can be activated by pressing a button on the Panic Device. Selected products also offer the ability to send a distress signal if the device detects that the person fell down.

3. Control Room

Our control room will receive the estimated GPS location on a map on our Emergency Platform. The operator can then call the person directly on the Panic device to establish the severity of the situation. A workflow built-into the platform can guide the operator how to proceed.

4. Emergency Contacts

Up to 5 emergency contacts can be loaded onto each profile which in the event of an emergency will send SMS messages to each contact including their estimated GPS location. The 5 emergency contacts will also be available as part of the workflow for the control room operator to make contact to anyone that might be be able to respond.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

1. Computer

A computer that can run a modern browser like Chrome. Your computer can run any operating system that is able to run a modern browser.

2. Internet

A stable and reliable internet connection, like Fibre. A backup internet connection is advisable in the event that your Fibre connection lose connectivity.

3. Speakers

Loud speakers that will alert your operators of the distress signal. The platform will sound an alarm when a signal is received and will also sound an alarm whenever there is no connection to the internet.
